Like Kanye West, I want all of the lights.  Light can represent a plethora of things...Whether good or bad, light is a sign of power.  We all know the ramifications of flashing red lights, or the dream of your-name-in-lights, then there is the end-all-be-all "coming to the light."

Paris Hilton proves you don't have to be poor to be white trash.  I embrace my trashiness.  I am from the midwest, where camoflauge and hunting gear is a "fashion season" all year round!

This Saturday, I was honored to attend the Family Equality Council's Impact Awards with Neutrogenia.  Held at the elusive Beverly Hilton, It was an emotional night raising money for equality for all families to have children! 

I'm terrified about everything these days.  We're over-saturated with facts and figures setting us up to fear life!  My one hobby that doesn't make me feel like shit (the next morning) is tanning. 

Just like Andie (Molly Ringwald) I feel my best when I wear pink too.  My story doesn't end quite as favorable as hers though...Andie, Duckie, and Blane all end up "happily-ever-after" at the end of the movie [while she is wearing her pink dress.]

It's odd how similar bowling resembles life.  You lug around giant balls, try to knock out all the pin (heads), all while trying to stay out of the gutter...sounds like a regular Friday night to me (wink, wink.)

Karma is only a bitch if you are.  I like to think I am a good person.  I mean I am not going for saint-hood, unless Kim and Kanye want to adopt another [Saint.]  There are definite areas of improvement on my end

Whether you are the actor trying to get that Oscar winning movie role, or the homeless person trying to get that bus bench with an ocean view, Los Angeles is excessively competitive.  I don't like to compare myself to others, I find that to be unhealthy.  How does one compare a unicorn to an orange?
